Stefan Benchea: With a gentle demeanor and an expert touch, Stefan Benchea excels as a kids' BJJ instructor at Nova BJJ Bacău. Holding a brown belt, he fosters a fun and encouraging environment where young students can learn Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu while developing confidence, discipline, and respect. Stefan's dedication to nurturing young talents ensures each child's journey in martial arts is both educational and enjoyable.

Matei Constantin is a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and has been training and competing in this martial art for over 15 years. He is a multiple-time champion in national and international competitions and has trained with some of the best BJJ practitioners in the world. He is dedicated to sharing his knowledge and experience with his students and helping them achieve their full potential in BJJ.

Bogdan Olariu is a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and has been training and teaching BJJ for over 4 years. He has a background in Judo and has competed in BJJ tournaments across the country. He is known for his technical knowledge and his ability to break down complex techniques into simple and easy-to-understand concepts.
